I have been competing in the sport of Brazilian Jui-Jitsu (BJJ) for over 4 years now. Given the physical nature of submission fighting, I have endured numerous joint and soft tissue injuries. Thanks to Dr. Greg’s adjustments and his outstanding soft tissue techniques, I was able to keep training hard and heal faster. As a submission fighter and Chiropractor myself, I highly recommend Dr. Greg to all athletes.

With help from Dr. Heather Prenger, I was finally able to train smart and compete in my first triathlon. It is so liberating to be pain free and know I am not only working to look good on the outside but also on the inside.

I have lived with severe headaches for years. My family doctor prescribed Imotrix for migraines but this medicine never really works for me. I had surgery this year for a deviated septum mainly due to me thinking my headaches were caused by a sinus issue. Luckily I found Dr. Heather Prenger who provided me with some posture strengthening devices and now I’m 100% headache free for 5 months!!! Who would have guessed my headaches were due to my poor posture?

Drs. Greg and Heather’s Magic Tape: We wish to thank BOTH Dr. Greg and Dr. Heather for all the caring treatments they have given us as we progress from one “odd injury” to the next. Besides all the help they have given us for our numerous problems… we are most amazed at the Kinesio Tape for relief from inflammation and swelling. It was a highlight of the 2008 Beijing Olympics… being used by many of the athletes. We never dreamed it could be so beneficial for us. Be sure to ask if you have a situation that could benefit from it.

I have been having a lot of heartburn for many years, a real burning in my throat and esophagus. Prilosec and medications would help but I had to continue taking them. I wanted to try nutrition to control the problem. I came to Dr. Prenger and he and his wife set up a nutritional schedule for me and after the first couple of days of following that I haven’t had any burning in those areas. Also the fullness in my stomach is much better.

For several years I suffered from foot pain. I went to a foot doctor who prescribed orthotics. The pain subsided for a few years but again surfaced. After 3 more visits to the foot doctor for further diagnosis, two diagnosis giving no relief, he found that I had a mortons Neuroma, which is a condition where the nerves in the ball of the foot bundle together and cause extreme pain. His remedy was a cortisone shot to the affected area. This gave me temporary relief and would require more injections. Cortisone is know to decrease bone density at the site of the injection. I talked to Dr. Greg about the pain and he massaged the bottom of my foot to break up the bundling of nerves. I now experienced relief without further damaging injections. I would highly recommend a visit to Dr. Prenger’s practice as I was very relieved to find a treatment that didn’t cause further damage to my body. A satisfied Patient,

"I had a natural and uncomplicated labor and delivery with Jack. However, by his third day of life I noticed he was refusing to nurse on the right side. This was frustrating because I was very motivated to nurse and I was starting to get an infection. Dr. Greg and I checked Jack's neck and found a subluxation at his first vertebra causing him discomfort when bending his head to the right. After 3 very gentle adjustments and stretches he was back to nursing on both sides with ease and we never had a problem again. If his neck was never checked by a chiropractor we may have given up on nursing and who knows how that spinal fixation would have affected his health if left untreated. We check Jack's neck when he takes a tumble, gets a cold, or has trouble sleeping and it has helped will everything. He has not needed any medications or antibiotics to date and I atribute a lot of that to chiropractic!
